Do you offer returns/exchanges?

For sanitary reasons, NoViB does not accept returns or exchanges at this time.  

What is your turnaround time?

NoViB packages are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipment. Purchases made during a sale may take up to 12 business days to be processed and packaged before shipment due to the high volume of orders.

I’ve placed my order, what is next?

Once placed you will receive an order confirmation email IF you provided us your email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you unfortunatly either A. did not provide us with your email address, your B. the email was typed incorrectly, or C. your order did not go through.

Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to be available. PLEASE NOTE that all of our shipping times are NOT guaranteed.

If you purchase the first class mail option, once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of NoViB Boutique and we will not replace lost or stolen packages. if you purchased the priority or priority express shipping option, your package did come standard with insurance and we will file a claim.

  • Takes approx. 2-5 days for delivery
  • Does NOT cover lost and/or stolen goods
  • SPEND $40 and receive FREE First Class Shipping
  • Takes approx. 15-30 days for delivery
  • Once packages leave the United States, there is no way to track them or know how long they will take to arrive at their destinations
  • If you need your package sooner, then please purchase the priority or priority express shipping
PRIORITY
  • Takes approx. 2-3 days for delivery
  • Comes with insurance if your package is lost 
  • Takes approx. 6-10 Days for delivery
  • Once packages leave the United States, there is no way to track them or know how long they will take to arrive at their destinations.

  • Takes approx. 1-2 days for delivery
  • Comes with insurance if your package is lost 
  • Takes approx. 3-5 days for delivery

What should I do if I have not received my package in the time frame stated above?

FIRST CLASS MAIL
If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. NoViB will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the priority mail or priority mail express shipping option at checkout.
PRIORITY MAIL
If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.
PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS
If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 7-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.

If your package is lost or was damaged upon delivery, you have 7 days to 6 months after shipment to create an inquiry. 
* PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS
If your package is lost or was damaged upon delivery, you have 3 to 90 days after shipment to create an inquiry.  
 

How do I file a claim with usps?
To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.
 
Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?
We do not require customers to provide their email when ordering. If you did not provide your email, then you will not recieve an order or shipping notifications. If you did provide your email address, please check your email spam box. You should receive an email from us confirming your order and then again when your order ships with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to email us at NoViBBoutique@gmail.com or check your account, if you created one at checkout.
